Meeting Concierge
Encore Las Vegas has created the role of meetings concierge to offer a unique support service which is especially helpful to meeting planners. Their meetings concierge offers on site support to all meetings and convention clients to identify any last minute needs and help with communications to other resort staff. The meetings concierge can assist with electronic reader boards, assure room refreshes and resets, help to keep larger groups moving easily and effiently through the resort, assist and direct large exhibit load-ins, and assure all provisions of the meeting resume are met.

Entertainment Production Service
Encore Las Vegas and Wynn Las Vegas aim to be as technically sophisticated as they are aesthetically pleasing. W e are determined to meet and exceed all of your production requirements, no matter how complex it is. To ensure this, every aspect of our technical infrastructure will adhere to the highest industry standards and be serviced by handpicked team of professionally trained and certifired technicians.

Business Service Center
For added convenience, the Wynn Las Vegas Business Service Center provides attendees with equipment and communication rentals, office supplies, domestic and international freight services, and mini-suites for guests whose business needs run parallel with their travels. These private suites come equipped with computer, Internet access, printers, speaker phones for conference calls and scanners.

Facilities
The Encore Las Vegas offers 60,000 square feet of custom-designed, highly configurable meeting space, from private boardrooms to an expansive, column-free ballroom. The ambiance is warm and inviting, featuring unigue decor and a sutle palette that allows for designing disinctive setting all your own. The Encore Las Vegas meetingspaces also offer floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto terraces overlooking the exquisitely landscaped pool and gardens.
