Concierge

The Concierge at The Mirage will assist you in creating a complete and unique vacation experience by providing recommendations, information on hotel amenities and assistance with reservations. Our experienced representatives can help book tickets for The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soliel performance, recommend the perfect restaurant for the occasion and answer your general questions. Representatives will also happily assist you in planning special events and arranging group reservations.

Mirage Pool

Surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, the stunning pools at The Mirage interconnect through the lagoons and around a magnificent cascading waterfall. Enjoy sunbathing or a leisurely swim in crystal clear waters. Lifeguards are on duty each day, and friendly pool attendants are available to provide complimentary towels and lounge chairs. Pool rafts are available for rent, and complimentary life jackets are available for children. Surrounding the pool in this tropical garden are The Paradise Café and The Dolphin Bar, where you can enjoy lunch or sip a cool drink under colorful umbrellas. Beverage service is also offered throughout the pool area.

Savor a gourmet meal, casual eats or a snack anytime of the day from The Mirage's elaborate room service menu. An attentive staff is awaiting your call, ready to cater to your every desire. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and hospitality functions.

Trainer for a Day

Be a Dolphin Trainer for a Day at The Mirage. This is your exclusive opportunity to work side-by-si de, with the official Dolphin Trainers at The Mirage Dolphin Habitat. As one of our day Trainers, you'll participate in our daily activities with the dolphins and their Trainers. Dolphin Training is an active working environment where you will have the opportunity to play with the dolphins, train them, and feed them. Be sure to get plenty of rest the night before and be ready to get started. The program starts at 9:45 a.m. and concludes at 3:45 p.m. The day starts out with a private tour of our facility and a brief orientation in how you can make the most of your day. During that time we will offer you a fruit and pastry breakfast and suit you up into a wet suit. From there, you go out and meet the dolphins.  Mid-day we will take a break for a gourmet three course lunch served to you on a private secluded patio overlooking The Dolphin Habitat. At the end of the day each participant will receive a complimentary 8?x10? photo, a certificate of completion, a Trainer for a Day embroidered polo shirt and photo CD documenting your hands on dolphin Trainer for a Day experience. Participants must be at least 13 years old, participants 13-15 years of age require an adult in the program to accompany them, either as a Participant or an Observer.
