CELINE DION- A NEW DAY
One might ask, what could possibly match the power, beauty, and intensity of Celine Dion's voice?. The answer: only a stage production created by DRAGONE. In "A New Day", DRAGONE does exactly that by choreographing the harmonious interplay of props, projections, a cast of fifty-nine performers, as well as the largest indoor LED screen in North America. He constructs a macrocosm around each of Dion's captivating melodies thats enough to blow away even the most seasoned concert goer.
The overriding theme of this unique concert experience is the celebration of love in all of its forms. This is reflected in Dion's choice of songs, including originals like "My Heart Will Go On" and "Love Can Move Mountains" as well as classic covers like "Fever" and "At Last". Complementing the mood of each song are larger than life projections, dance numbers, and acrobatic tricks that transport audience members around the world and even beyond, to the far reaches of human imagination.
Celine herself surmised that the show "will guide [her] to self-discovery, to push the limits of performance and offer a new stage experience to [her] devoted fans". It is obvious from the start of the performance that this foresight applies to both faithful fans and newcomers alike.
