Martial Arts, repelling, freefalling, and juggling are just a few of the stunts one can expect to see in Cirque du Soleil's epic production "Ka", but that's not even the half of it. The theater in which it takes place was designed specifically for the show, its unique features being an integral part of the performance. The stage itself is mounted on a robotic arm, allowing it to rotate and angle up to ninety degrees- (and yes, it does this while the performers are on, around, and in it).

"Ka" is said to have the most comprehensive storyline of all the Cirque shows. It reads like a fairy tale set in a fantastic world whose aesthetic appears to be a cross between ancient Mongolia and scenes from the movie "Bladerunner". A set of twins, a boy and girl, are separated in the aftermath of an attack on their village. Each is fated to a journey of discovery before reuniting. The adventures of these characters are as heroic as a battle on a steep mountain cliff, and as endearing as an exchange of intricate shadow puppets.

All of these elements- the stunts, the stage, the costumes, the choreography, are seamlessly orchestrated, resulting in a mind blowing display of beauty, artistry, and imagination.
